Final reflection

1- ( Organization )

   The organization that I volunteer with is in ZHO That stands for Zayed Higher Organization exactly on the  autism center in Abu Dhabi.

2- (Best part of volunteering )

    We enjoy so much volunteering on the ZHO we relay had a good time one of the good part that we enjoy it that when we take the boys and the girls to the play ground on the brake time we played some football, basket ball and some tines I remember that day we had a good time anther moment that I remember when we laugh so much that we all sit in a group me and my friends and the student we were sitting and telling each other some jokes because it is relay matters that we they say something that you react well like if they same something funny you should laugh so they can feel good about it .       

3- (Support the community)

    When we finish form the volunteering we wasn't happy because we was seeing them for two time a week for one full month and they were like our brothers and sisters, So when I finish volunteering some people came and ask me about the volunteering from my family and my friends they ask me did you enjoy volunteering?  my answer was Yes I enjoy it and maybe that they will tell it to anther people, So I give my Community a good massage about volunteering In Zayed Higher Organization  

4- ( All I Learned)

   In the first day when I enter the ZHO Ms. Mona was telling us about some point that what we should do and some advises about what could happened and some time the student come to us the want to say something but we they try to say it they say another thing so you should all ways becarefull about you should do So always wait don't do everything in the fast way you have know that if you want to do thing you will get that thing .

Me : Hi and good morning Dr.Mahmood

Dr.Mahmoud : Good morning

Me : I have some questions for you if you can help me by answering those questions.

Dr.Mahmoud : I will be more than happy to answer it.

Me: Can you tell me some points about the ZHO ?

Dr.Mahmoud :The Autism student they are not like normal student, some student that we have here in the ZHO if you see him for the first time you will say that he is a normal student but the problem is not on his shape but in his mind.

Me: How many years are you working on the ZHO ?

Dr.Mahmoud : I worked here for 9 to 10 years and it was wonderful.

Me : Do you enjoy working here?

Dr.Mahmoud : of course I enjoy it there are now part of my family.

Me:How many class are there in the ZHO ?

Dr.Mahmoud :There are 15 Class (75 students )

Me :Thanks Dr.Mahmoud for your gold time. 

Dr.Mahmoud :Welcome Mohammed I hope that one day I teach you again you was a good student.

It is the last day at ZHO in autism center we were not happy to finish our volunteering  because the student there, they was like our brothers we know now new things we learn a new things, one of the important things that we know it (Patience) don't be angry so fast try to solve the problem in the easy way, and we would like to try this feeling again we had a wonderful time there.

In the sixth day ms.mona came to us and says today we will not go with the same plan, today i will not let you work to gather i will keep every one of you in other class, So Mohammed Muslam choose the flower class with doctor Mahmoud, ms.mona put me and freed on two new class with we don't know any one of them freed in class and me in anther class, so on the first 10 min I wasn't know what should I do I don't now those student so I ask the teacher ho was teaching the class and he tell what should I do with them and from there every thing went will .

On sunday morning at ZHO we went back to owr class the flower class mansoor, ahmed and khalied they got in the first class on them timetable they got PEclass and wen found the other class which we was with them last week so we play with thim football, basketball and rase running after that ms.mona the manger she came to us and give us some advises and she was trying to make sure that we was having a good time.

On Sunday morning at ZHO specifically at the Autism center me and my group came earlier me and Mohammed Muslam and Fareed and we meet the other group all of a sudden we meet the other group, group Abdullah Aymen, so wen we enter the the ZHO the management come and take us to the theater and the show us a power point for the students and the place and they give us new point about them that most of them have a missing part on there minds.

On the 29^th of October it was on Wednesday we almost spent all our time to on the center of autism on helping the students to teach them how to right with the pencil on the right way how you will cache the pencil on the right way, I meet new student his name is Ali Ahmed, I try ed to teach him to take the pencil on the right way for 2 hours but I codent so I ask the teacher to help me it was a good day we Descartes i new things.

In the 26^nd day at Zayed higher Organization in the flowers section we have meet new student becouse the student that we work with them they left to school, so they send us to the other class in the flower group and the other class contain from 5 student Ahmed, Al Hnouf, Fatima, Mohamed and Ibrahim  there were younger than the anther class by 2 or 3 year and we teach them art and English letter F and we have fun .

Today the 19^th of October me and my group members had an awesome day in Zayed Higher Organization that will be our volunteering. when we enter the ZHO, the administration put as in the flower class, the teacher for the flower class is teacher Mahmoud and he teach 3 students, mansoor, ahmed and khaled. and relay we enjoy the class and we understand a lot of thinks.

This opportunity to volunteer in Zayed Higher Organization will contribute in developing and enhancing services by organization volunteering sessions and get experience in many ways that could serve the community and those who feels the need. Therefor to be satisfied about what we are supposed to do in the path of volunteering in ZHO 

5. Time / schedule: students will volunteer for how many hours / weeks / days?

Sunday: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM as 2 hours

Wednesday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 as 4 hours

6 hours a week that makes the duration of the volunteering plan approximately 3 weeks


Total  {20 hrs. / course}

6. To be successful what need to be done? What are the needs of participants?

Ex: In the end, students must be able to type 20wpm English typing. Specific

As we know volunteering needs a student to be patient and a person who can deal with tough situations like problems happening between two recipients as an example. However, the student must have personal skills, Multilanguage as an example to deal with recipients who come from other countries. Courage is also an important skill to take decisions in tough situations. 

7. What are the benefits to the participants? (Both volunteers and recipients)

There are more than a one benefit for each side the volunteering will benefits would be most likely with their social skills that enhances the communication skills and the interaction with others by giving and getting opinions and ideas. In addition there will be new relations form the family of the recipients and vies versa   

8. Any potential problems you see arising?

Dealing with them the first day may be tough as a new volunteer, however I don't think from that on we can face obstacles with them.

During the summer of 2012 the Olympic Games were held in London. David Moorcroft is a former athlete. At one point he held the world record for the 5,000 metres. David can be heard discussing the importance of volunteering the Olympic Games.
